[cisco-voip] EMOB/CCMUser Issue

The requirement is to enable extension mobility on all 3000 phones in the
clusters.  Each user will have a User Device Profile created and
associated to their CM User.  They will also have the physical phone
associated to their CM User.  This is where my issue is.....when the user
goes to CCMUser to subscribe to services, update speed dials, etc., they
will have to choose between their Device Profile and physical phone so
they will have to update both when they make changes.  The only way around
this is to ONLY associate their Device Profile to the user and setup the
the "Logged Out Profile" on the phone to be the user that is at the phone
99% of the time.

However, in BAT you cannot use the .xlt file to set the "Logged Out
Profile" of a phone, you have to do it manually.  I have 3000 phones so
this won't work or I could pursue using AXL but my timeline is slim.  I am
pretty sure I am screwed and the users will have to manage both their
device profile AND phone settings from CCMUSER but wanted some feedback.
