[cisco-voip] removing the cm sub from the db

I just build a new cm Pub and trying to build Sub.  I screwed up and did the restore from the old cm to the new pub before i actually installed the cm sub.  so now when i goto cm administration, it thinks theres another CM.  the problem is that this will not allow me to complete the cm sub load  nor will it allow me to delete the cm sub out of CM admin.  what do i do  now
