[cisco-voip] ip sec vpn and ad issues

i have three sites.   site 1 has the ad 2003 and exchange. site 2 has a dc that replicate with site one.  they are connect with a 1 t1 framerelay.  Now site 3 has a ipsec vpn connection back to site 2 over a dsl line.  we can ping everything and also resolve by dns.  we also from site 3 we can connect to the exchange server.  there are no fw between the sites and all port are open on the routers ip any allowed.  the problem is from the remote site 3 we are not able to auth to directory that are secured and auth to the dc.  not sure if we are having a timeout issue.  any suggestions
