[cisco-voip] Long Distance Calling Problem

MGCP? H323? What version of IOS?
What does 'show call hist voice' show for the problem
call? There is a bug in 12.4(3) where it doesn't send
digits out port right and local calls worked but
longer numbers did not.
Can you post the config (sanitized)?
To really see whats going on, capture following to a
text file.
debug voip ccapi inout
debug vtsp all
