My understanding of IPCC, (if I'm wrong I will be corrected) is licensing is all on a ConCurrent license structure. Things change a little as far as licensing with sups vs agents as it now all the same licensing, but believe that it still goes on a concurrent license.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC Express 4.0 verification
Hello,
I have read that the maximum number of agents supported on IPCC Express 4.0 is 300 and supervisors is 32. If I have 350 agents but only 150 logged in simultaneously, will I be ok? Does "maximum number of agents" mean active agents or configured.
Steve
