[cisco-voip] FXO Port / dial-peer configuration

I'm trying to set up a private line link to call manager, I have
installed and FXO card in the router and added the following
configuration

 

voice-port 2/0

 cptone GB

 connection plar 8686

 description STX line

 

dial-peer voice 70 pots

 destination-pattern [1-8]....

 progress_ind alert enable 8

 direct-inward-dial

 port 2/0

 forward-digits all

!

dial-peer voice 71 voip

 destination-pattern 8686

 progress_ind setup enable 3

 session target ipv4:172.30.0.2

 dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

 codec g711ulaw

 no vad

!

 

To the call manager I have set up the appropriate Partition, CSS and
route pattern and set up the DN 8686 on my phone, I am able to dial out
fine but not receive in coming calls, when I dial out. 

 

Am I missing something here? any help would be greatly apprecieated.
