[cisco-voip] More than 6 line appearances on 7960

The 7914 module is available for extending the number of call 
appearances on the phone, but is there any software product that does a 
similar job?  We need up to 12 call appearances.  We're not using Unity, 
so I don't think we can use Personal Assistant in this case.  Is there 
any other product available in the 3.3.x train?

PS - how well do the 7914s work?  I've heard problems, and not just with 
the 7970 models.
