Just to answer Eric's questions.

Never tested transfer in SRST. MGCP Gateway with fallback to H.323.
Phones all local on same gateway.

Carlos,

What symptons does the user have when they are unable to transfer? Did
the transfers work previously when in SRST mode? Is this a MGCP or H323
gateway?

Are they transferring to other IP phones locally that also went into
fallback on same gateway?

Can you post a copy of your call-manager-fallback section, related
dial-peers (remove anything private, etc)?

Also make sure you have this in your SRST config:

call-manager-fallback

 huntstop channel

 max-dn dual-line

When the router goes into SRST mode, this keeps the second channel free
for call transfer, call forwarding......

I have a site that just went into SRST mode because the WAN is down.
Calls are coming in to the receptionist but she is unable to complete
transfers. Any idea why that would be?
