Another customer of mine has several blocks of numbers coming in over
multiple PRIs.  
This is a single cluster setup.

There are quite a few of those numbers that are not used/not configured
in CCM.  They would like those numbers (non-contiguous numbers) to be
auto forwarded to a Directory handler.

Is there a way to do this without specifing a range of numbers in a
translation pattern (since the numbers are spread out throughout the
range and would change often)?
