[cisco-voip] Unity MWI and multiple integrations

Not sure why you would see it dialing over and over again. You should only see it at most X times where X is the number of integrations, and even then it will happen on different ports. MWI is a best effort protocol, it simply asks CallManager to dial the MWI number on behalf of an extension. 

Again, as far as I know.
