[cisco-voip] HELP!!!! Connection to a Nortel option 11

Im trying to connect a 2811 router to an option 11 system.  We can not get
the two systems to talk.  I have my PRI set as network side and clocking
internal.  The D channel will not come up on the Option 11 and we get an
error saying D channel release wrong mode.  Below is my router config.  Can
someone please tell me what I have wrong.  Cisco is not being very helpful.
