[cisco-voip] Hookflash transfer

Curious if hookflash transfer is supported with H323 and a 2851 running
CCM 4.1.3. I need to do it on both T1 CAS and PRI. From what I've been
researching, it's only possible with MGCP and T1-CAS (not PRI). Am I
going to be stuck with MGCP? IOS 12.4.11T
