We have a problem with a single 7961 configuration.  We cannot get mwi to work.  We have replaced the set with the same results.   We have already deleted the set and rebuilt it but with the same results.  Where are the cnf.xml phone config files located?  We want to delete the file and rebuild the set.  We are using CM 4.1(3)sr3c. Thanks for any and  all suggestions.   Mel
