  Would that be set on each CH?  And I don't have direct to switch.. Mine is set to release to switch. And I'm still getting unity extension.

  are you using supervised transfer or direct to switch?

   

  supervised transfer will send the unity port, but direct to switch should send the caller id.

    If I have a call go to VM on the Unity server and then transfer to a CH (my Cell) is there a way to keep the original Caller ID rather then the Unity extension?  CM 4.1 and Unity 4.0.5.
