You are correct... internal the Caller ID stays correct but off net I
loose the Caller ID.

switch.... Mine is set to release to switch. And I'm still getting unity
extension.

are you using supervised transfer or direct to switch?
supervised transfer will send the unity port, but direct to
switch should send the caller id.

If I have a call go to VM on the Unity server and then
transfer to a CH (my Cell) is there a way to keep the original Caller ID
rather then the Unity extension? CM 4.1 and Unity 4.0.5.
