[cisco-voip] Pinnacle #0 PB parity error

Anyone know what this error means from a 6513 log:

%PM_SCP-SP-6-LCP_FW_ERR_INFORM: Module 4 is experiencing the following
error: Pinnacle #0 PB parity error. TX path. Status=0x0002

The module is a WS-X6148-RJ45V and was replaced.  The error is now gone but
not sure if a reboot wouldn't have cleared the error.

Can't seem to find this on cisco.com.
