Thanks Philip, I have now added the "COMMSCSQ" value into the field in
the application and it is now working.

 

Kevin, yes I had created a Media Group and assigned it to the Trigger
within the application.

 

I presume that I now have to have a DN forwarded to the Trigger by way
of a translation pattern within CCM, is that the correct?

CSQ names are case sensitive.

 

So if you created a CSQ with agents named "CSQ Test", you should put
"CSQ Test" in the field in the application.  You could also add it
directly into the script, but I find variables are easier and faster to

	I am trying to set up IPCC Express standard edition in our lab,
I am using the basic IPCC express script icd.aef which ships with it,
the trouble is I cannot get it to run, I have selected this within the
Cisco Script Application page but do I also need to add in the CSQ value
to get it to forward to the agents, when ever I dial the trigger it will
get answered by the default script instead. If so what do I enter in
this field as it requires it as a string value. Or do I have to run the
icd.aef script through the CRS editor and add in the CSQ value there. 

	 

	Please can anyone help with this issue.
