	Any general numbers available on how many Consoles can be
attached to a server/cluster?  Or does this just have a weight assigned

	The only caveat I would add is the ac user password can be
changed from the default of 12345.  To do this, you need to edit a text
file located in \Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\etc.  The text
file your looking for is ACServer.properties.  If you open that up with
notepad, you will see the jtapi ac user account and a hash for the
password.  To change the password, you need a hash, which can be
created, by running from the command line, acenc.exe (found in  \Program
Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\bin).  You run that exe from the
command line with a password right after that.  The exe spits out a hash
of your word.  Enter that hash in the ACServer.properties text file,
then change the ac user password in the CCM user database and walla, a
secured ac user is born.

	 

	One last trivial point, notice on the bottom of that
ACServer.properties text file is a circular hunt group entry.  Enter the
NAME of the hunt group you want to be circular and walla, you now have a
circular hunt group in 3.3(x).

	Installing the plugin is

	That should list the Attendant Console plugin on your CCM for
local install.

	 

	I saved mine to a network share so I didn't have to log into the
CCM again and again from each workstation.

	 

	Be sure that the phone has a user set up in Global Directory
(CCM menu, User>>Add User)

	The user must be associated to the phone, and have CTI rights
(checkbox)

	 

	The user logs into Attendant Console with their own
username/password combo 

	the 'AC' user is what controls the lines from the CCM to inform
the user as to status of others lines etc...

	 

	It's reasonably straightforward-- making sure that the 'ac' user
is associated with all the phones you want to use Attendant Console with
is the key thing.

	I didn't 'get' the part about the 'ac' user at first-- tried to
make up my own name for that user, etc- -- HAVE to use it the way Cisco
says in the below doc.
