[cisco-voip] Incoming call to a group of attendant console does not get any ringback tone ?

It does not seem to be a MOH issue. Since the first call goes through
to the operator. The next call us put in queue and gets the ringback
while the third caller is put in queue but gets absolutely nothing ?
(Is still in the queue though).

We've tried both dialing the pilot point internally and through the
gateway and the situation is exactly the same !
