[cisco-voip] CTI Event log error on CCMSysUser

CCMSysUser is used by EM.

Check out the registry entry HKLM\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc. 
\DirectoryConfiguration\Appusers\CCMSysUser\

There will be a Password (used by AD) and DCDPassword (or something  
similar).  Use passwordutils to encrypt 12345 and make sure that's  
what is in the registry.
