[cisco-voip] QSIG: Display name decoding fails

Yes, I have already tried this. Unfortunately, it did not help. I think the 
problem is the long facility. The display name is located at the end of it. 
Maybe Callmanager can not decode everything and stops at some point in the 
middle...
