[cisco-voip] my digits are being cut off going out the gw

For some reason we are trying to dial 011 420 737 731130 and we get a
message you have not dial enogh digits.  We dial this number from another
phone system and it works just fine.  In the debug the called party number
is getting cut off.  What could be causing this  

 

The number they are trying to dial is: 011 420 737 731130     Here are the
