[cisco-voip] IPCC Route Point busy after 4 calls

How many CTI ports do you have?

If you only have 4 ports and there is no port to redirect the 5th  
call to then it will fail.

CTI RP has maximum calls 5000 and the script application has 100
calls, yet after four calls in queue, the fifth call to the RP gets a
busy signal.
