[cisco-voip] issue with CM and IPphone not releasing VM

Here the issue we have an ip phone w/ VM  and at not we have her cfwd to a
cti point (AA ).   But for some reason if we Cfwd to AA or any other phone
and they do not answer.  It goes back to her own VM.  Shouldn't the go to
the phone im fwding to VM ( if they have there on VM and call fwd settings
correct)
