[cisco-voip] Poor man's busy lamp field via Attendant Console

Attendant Console version 1.3(1 ES10)

Is it possible to spoof the Attendant Console program into thinking that
it is logged in and not try to attempt the call control portion of the
setup?  

The reason is that I just want the Directory's window so that a branch
could bring this up and look at the phone status for their branch.
There would be three people that would be looking at this and do not
want to setup a full attendance console on each one of their desktops
and phones or have them all just use the one and take turns.  All they
really want to know is if the person is on the phone or not.  Also
putting 7914's will not cover everyone in the branch hence the Attendant
Console option.  Basically looking for a cheap (free) Busy Light
Indicator.
