[cisco-voip] Backup Restore issues

Wes,
thanks again for your help.
My customer has a contract and that is why we have UPGRADES from 4.1 to 
4.2 and 4.1 to 5.0
But is he intitled to have CDs 4.2.1 or 4.2.3?
