The default AA script should be enough to base yours off of.

When you do the redirect just send it to a number that is CFA into vm
and that should get it to work. If you are having issues give the
reactive debugging a try. It's very useful for stepping through a
script.

So I am working on this IPCC script and I am having no luck getting a
call to transfer to unity voice mail box. I suspect I need to
clarfiy this a little.

So user calls ext. which is tied to a jtapi application trigger. You
hear the main menu and it has options 1 - 4 available to select.
Select option 1 and you get put in the queue. While in the queue you
here a greeting every 60 seconds "thank you for holding, call is
important.. blah blah.. if you would like to leave a message press 0"

Pressing 0 would ideally dump into a unity voicemail box. For now it
just beeps 4 times and then the message starts again.

Does anyone have a script that works that I can use as an example for
dumping a call to a unity voice mailbox?

I thought it would be a call redirect pointed to a string variable
with a value of the extension. Apparently though its not that simple.

Any help would be appreciated.
