[cisco-voip] IPCCx silent monitoring

The new 4.x Agent Based Monitoring is great, I quit doing RSPAN awhile back.  I can now monitor agents in differerent cities.

I'm using IPCCx 4.0.1sr1 and I'm currently using RSPAN to monitor my agents.

 

How do I monitor agents without the RSPAN?  I'm not finding the right docs.  Is anyone doing this in production?  Pro's / Con's?
