[cisco-voip] What happens with Route Patterns that Contain Existing Extensions of CCM?

Hi all,
if i configure a route pattern on ccm 4.1(3) with extensions that are 
registered on the ccm and route these route patterns
over a voip gateway, what will happen?

I have an SRST scenario in my mind and i want to know:
when certain phones are not registered on the CCM, if CCM is going to 
try and route the call over the voip gateway (SRST) that is configured 
on that route pattern.
In other words, can i have preference over patterns that are the same as 
the extensions configured on CCM?
