[cisco-voip] What happens with Route Patterns that Contain Existing Extensions of CCM?

OK Wes and thanks a lot but i cannot put a route pattern with extensions
that reside in the call manager!
I get a message that this route pattern already exists!!
If i have an extension 1000,
if i make a route pattern 1000 or 1xxx i get a warning message that this
won't work.
