[cisco-voip] Inexpensive paging solution

Berbee Informacast is installed on an in house windows box.

I've deployed SA-Announce from Syn-Apps a few times and it works quite
well.  It requires a user supplied windows box also.  I can't give you any
pricing info but it has been cheaper than Informacast historically.
