[cisco-voip] 7970 phoneload update went bad - anyway to recover or RMA?

Updated 7970 firmware from 7.03 to 8.0(4)SR1 and all but 2 of the 7970s took the update fine.  The 2 that didn't like it are powering up, then the speaker/mic/headset LED light up and cycle, the screen lights up briefly and line 1 lights up then it just power cycles and does same thing over and over again.  Have unplugged phone from network and power sources completely and same thing. Have plugged in elsewhere.

RMA or is there a procedure to get these back?
