[cisco-voip] Calling Search Space for Inbound Calls on Gateway

Hi,

If I understand you correctly if you have the same # ,lets say 1000 in both
partions then it will match the Part-External only as thats listed in the
CSS before Part-Internal,if you have exact number of matches in multiple
partions then the order of the partions is used to decide how to route the
call.
