[cisco-voip] CCM 5.0 Subscriber Sync Problem

just a guess -
there is a known issue(CSCsg10409) that any loss of connectivity between 
subscriber and publisher during install or first database replication 
will leave subscriber in unrecoverable state.  reinstall sub and make 
sure to not drop ip connectivity btwn servers during install.
