[cisco-voip] BAT for VG224

Don't get me wrong, I agree that it is a better product than the
VG248... I just think that if you're going to push a product to market
that way that the tools to support it should come at the same time,
not on a product roadmap that's so far in the future that all bets are
off as to when it might appear.
