[cisco-voip] Lock phone / Login to extended CSS

Hello IPT specialists,

I´m just searching for a way to "lock" a Cisco IP Phone so that nobody
can make long distance calls without the right to do it. What I want to
achieve is that in the "logged out" mode, a phone has a css to make
internal and local calls.

When somebody wants to make a long distance call he/she should first
login to another device profile with extended rights (via another css)
and is then able to make the call.

I found a solution with 2 different Device profiles and two internal
extensions per person. In this implementation everybody has two
different numbers the one for status "logged out", the other for status
"logged in". The "logged in" profile has a CFNA set to the "logged out"
number. It works somehow but I´m not really happy with this solution... :(

Is there any other possability to implement this "feature"?

FAC is not really an alternative for the users because in comparison to
the old pbx (Siemens Hicom) it´s not really comfortable...

Any hint would be really appreciated...

with best regards from southern Germany...
Michael
