[cisco-voip] Basic IPCC Express Script Help?

I am wondering if anyone could help me with or provide me a similiar example
of a basic IPCC express script. Using IPCC Express 4.03

Here is a general idea of what I am shooting for, if anyone has a script
that does the same basic function I would love to be able to see it so I can
learn from it.

1. User calls ext. 1411 and hits JTAPI trigger which points to application,
this is working tested using the icd.aef script.

2. User will hit a greeting, greeting will say basically "Press 1 for X,
Press 2 for Y" kinda thing.

3. X and Y correlate to CS Queues? Each CSQ ties to a resource group, and
each resource group has the agents assigned?

I have setup the CSQ, Resource groups and so on.

4. User presses one of the numbers and gets dumped into a queue as
mentioned previously?

I have not been able to figure out the scripting side like I thought I
would. I was hoping I would be able to see how another script was setup and
could figure it out, however I have not been able to find a script similiar
to what I am trying to do.

Any ideas or thoughts? Anyone have anything to share so I can see how to do
this?
