[cisco-voip] Communicator G.729 vs G.711

Question: Is it possible to have all the calls that are coming though
VPN using the IP communicator use G.729?

 

Can anyone argue a point of picking one codec over another for IP
Communicator with Cisco VPN Client?  I've used both with success.

 

Issues with G.729 are Transcoding Resources
