[cisco-voip] Cisco voice gw - caller id

I have in my current lab setup the following:
CCM 4.1 ->3825 -- t1 --3825 <-- CCM 4.1

I am using the 1MFT1 module between routers back to back t1 cable.
I have configured the H323 Gw on both CCM's and the Cisco IOS Voice GW 
routers.
I can call between the CCM's but get "Unknown number" on the receving IP 
Phone.

What do I need to do to pass the caller id info?
Can I pass the caller-id info with H323 and T1 or do I need MGCP/PRI?

The caller-id command does not seem to be available under the voice-port 
config.
I am using 12.4 ip adv service IOS on the Voice GW routers.
