Hi All,

I am current using
load 7960-7940 P00305000600
with CME 3.3.

I have a mix of 7960, 7970, and 7920 phones.

Everything is SCCP ver 5 except the 7060's which are SCCP ver 4 and I have problems with them where after a conversation has been going for some time (minutes) the person at the other end sometimes hears a garbled conversation. Hanging up and re-dialing fixes it until it happens again. This is going out through an analog FXO port.

So I was thinking of advancing the load for the 7960's.

I am stuck with CME 3.3 for now. Any advice?

To answer my own question, I tried 2 loads:

8.0.4
P00308000400
which is SCCP ver 9

6.0.5
P00306000500
which is SCCP ver 5

I decided to stick with 6.0.5.

Anyone going up to 6.x should know that once you do that you are stuck with signed loads.

Anyone (from Cisco) know what versions of SCCP are in CME 3.3, 3.4 and 4.0?

It would nice to have that info so you can at least sync versions.

Anyway to query the SCCP version from the cli or via MIB?

Best,

leb
