[cisco-voip] long duration active call but no channel occupied

Dear All,

I have a very werid situation in my customer's voip environment:

Last nite, the network administrator report the abnormal traffic, and in
voice gateway, we found out that there is a call last for "5 weeks" long and
still active. But when we try to show voice port summary, there is no any
channel been used !!

Attached is the "sh call active voice brief" message, any comment would be
very grateful.
