[cisco-voip] Unity integration Lotus Domino: cannot complete call

Hello,
When a subscriber tries to connect to the Unity Voice Mail System, after
the password introduction the unity play a message saying that the
system is temporally down and cannot complete the call.
Error in windows event viewer:

Event ID: 119
Description:
An unexpected error has occured while a subscriber is on the phone with
Unity. This can potentially result in the subscriber hearing the
failsafe conversation. Technical details are -
IAvDohMailUser::Get(AVP_MAIL_SERVER) returned [0x8004010f] on line 3696
of file e:\Views\cs_CU4.0.4.221\un_Conv1\Scripted\ConvSub\SubSignIn.cpp.
I'm also having in the Eventviewer an error every 5 minutes:
CiscoUnity_MALLn.
I have read somewhere that is related with a problem to access the mail
store located in the Domino.
Have anyone faced this problem?
