There is a Bulk Edit utility in the Unity Tools depot that you can use.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity dial input

I have caused myself some heart ache because of the way we deployed our
Voice network.

Because the main site was not VoIP originally the receptionist at the
remote site was assigned the Operator status. Then when we moved the
main site receptionist over to IP I made them Main-Operator.

Now I have the remote receptionist calling me often that a main site
user goes to her when they press 0. then I go into the subscriber and
change it to Main-Operator.

How can I change multiple subscribers in bulk?

The idea is select all users and put the 0 input to Main-Operator then
select all the DID's for the remote site and select the Operator for
them.

Make sense?

Any help would be nice. I don't want to manually do this for 100's for
subscribers.

Thanks

Scott
