[cisco-voip] Ring settings on shared lines...

I have a CCM5.1, cust has 7960s everywhere, and everyone has a common shared
line... Customer reports that when they are on a call, and a call comes in
on the shared line, they lose their softkeys (transfer and whatnot...)...
We set the phones with the shared line to have a ring setting of disabled
when the phone is active, yet this didn't do anything... the phone's
softkeys still change...
Any workaround?
