My 5.1 server has the default at Enabled.

What's weird though is that the default setting is 'disabled', so it
shouldn't change the focus to the new call...

I don't have a CCM5 to play with in front of me...

Answer and iDivert then the new call is being moved to the front of
the display. They should be able to use the rocker to move up to
their active call. If they don't like this then change the value
for "Auto Line Select" to Disabled on the device page.

Nope.

I was debating it tho...

is this a known bug, or just speculation, cuz 5.1.1 has pretty new
phone firmware...

Sounds like a phone load problem. Have you tried different load
versions?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Ring settings on shared lines...

I have a CCM5.1, cust has 7960s everywhere, and everyone has a common
shared line... Customer reports that when they are on a call, and a
call comes in on the shared line, they lose their softkeys (transfer
and whatnot...)...

We set the phones with the shared line to have a ring setting of
disabled when the phone is active, yet this didn't do anything... the
phone's softkeys still change...

Any workaround?

Jonathan
