[cisco-voip] CallForwardAll softkey does not work!

When you configure a call-forward via the ccmuser web page, it lets you
enter the number, but does the forward actually work? In otherwords,
set a CFA from the web page, then trying calling the phone to test out
the call forward.
Quick guess is that you have a problem with the Call Forward All CSS.
