Well, if anyone remembers this thread, then at v12.4.11T1 you still
can't do more than 128K; the Polycom is connected via H.323, but the
b-channel aggregator still won't do more than 128K inbound or outbound.
Too bad the docs don't tell you that right at the beginning and instead
tell you that the max bandwidth is 1024K.
