[cisco-voip] Unregistered IP Phones

Sounds like a networking problem to me, not necessarily directly connected to call manager.
Don't know your topology and services but a general network health check is always good thing to do, check things like broadcast per second, routers and switches cpu and memory load, spanning tree topologies, unstable links and such.
TAC case might not be a bad idea in scenarios like that.

Thanks for your response...
I re-checked the NIC and no errors, also the mismatch in the speed and
duplexing, all is ok!, neither Firewall between CCM and IP Phones, so I
don-know what's wrong? I checked the CCM resources, network resources, and
all seems ok. what other test can i realize?
