[cisco-voip] CCME AA - calls stuck in queue

Hi,
I have configured the AA feature on the CCME ver 4.0 on a Cisco 3845
platform. When I dial the pilot number for the AA application, the
welcome and options messages play. However when you select the option,
the call gets routed to the ephone-hunt group but the IP Phone does
not ring and displays a message" 1 call in queue" and I am unable to
retrieve the call. The ringer light flashes but there is no audible
ring and answering the call does not retrieve it from the call queue.
Can any please assist.
