[cisco-voip] AS5350 isdn voice port are down.Why

The problem that Mudasser is having is a very strange one. E1 controller is
up and sh command is giving E1 controller as up the q931 messages are being
exchanged b/w PSTN switch and AS5350 and he has already configured E1 but
the sh voice port status command is  not showing him any ports. he has
already changed the ios but to no avail.
